SSNF is building the manufacturing backbone of inertial fusion energy - using scalable precision fabrication to unlock entirely new industries.
Whether you're an investor, strategic partner, or future customer - we'd like to hear from you.
Thanks — we'll keep you updated.
SSNF's projection-based two-photon polymerization platform replaces slow, point-by-point nanoscale printing with full-field optical projection. The result is a step-change in throughput: industrial-scale fabrication of complex sub-micron structures without sacrificing precision.
Conventional two-photon systems write structures serially one voxel at a time. SSNF projects patterned femtosecond laser light sheets to simultaneously cure millions of voxels, enabling more than 200 mm³/hr of volumetric output and over 1 billion voxels per second.
Structural precision better than 250 nm - meeting the demanding tolerances required for ICF targets, with resolution down to 60 nm for suspended nanowires. High-fidelity achieved via grayscale control of intensity over each light sheet.
Our P2PP turns a serial fabrication bottleneck into a scalable manufacturing platform. Capacity grows with system count, process standardization, and facility expansion.
Fusion capsules production cost projected under $1 per unit at scale enabling fusion economics to close.
